Brown rice risotto with asparagus, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and red pepper (evoo/flax oil, garlic, vegetable stock, nutritional yeast, oregano, basil).
They're delicious because all of the flavours blend together and because the little short-grain brown rice is such a wonderful texture... I like risotto almost as much as I like sushi.

asparagus! yes! everywhere i look i see asparagus.
It's in season up here. Everyone has asparagus on sale for cheap! And of course, asparagus is just plain yummy.

ah, sushi... that's something i can eat everyday without getting sick of.
Me, too. Sushi is my favourite food, along with tapas. I can never decide which I prefer.
