startin to look like lost angeles around here..nice use of the fruits.
i am a sucker for anything with chipotle! mmmmm.
Thanks, db. I'm all about the fruits.
Pinknest, I liked the chipotle in this, but in retrospect, jalapeno might have been better -- a little more citrusy, a little less smoky. But I dunno.
All of these dishes look really tasty! I'm totally into tomatoes these days.
Although I'm not a lover of melons or mushrooms, your presentation is, as usual, fabulous!!
Gorgeous- I especially love the avocado salad... and you are set for beta carotene!
I love that avocado salad too! I just saw Diann's post about the broiled avocado.... oh yum. Everything avocado is good.
By the way, your blog is doing so well in the blog Choice Awards and I wanted to congratulate you: Congrats! ;)
Thanks, Carrie. What's not to like about melons, though?
Thanks, Bazu. And yes, I'm all about the beta-carotene. I've been preoccupied with orange and green in my cooking. I dunno why.
Thanks, Candi! I've been really lazy about blogging lately. Well, not so much lazy about the blog as about cooking. I've been eating out or eating small lately. I'm amazed that I'm still on the front page.
