excellent brunch, this is the smoothie capitol over here... soy milk, bananas and nut butters usually, various other fruits as the season permits.
Thanks, DB. I drink a smoothie almost every day. I like to use frozen fruits and sea vegetables in mine.
I freeze ripe bananas and ripe super ripe plantains and whirl them around (not usually together)...the plantain is excellent since it is starchy and dense and only a little sweet so agave nectar tops it off.
