Vegan burrito suizo with ezekiel tortillas stuffed with black bean chili and topped with sliced avocado

Vegan burrito suizo (ranchero sauce: chipotle, red pepper, black pepper, tomatoes, sea salt, liquid smoke, garlic, red onion; white sauce: cider vinegar, chipotle, nutritional yeast, sea salt, macadamia/cashew butter, tahini, lemon juice, quinoa flakes and potato starch) with ezekiel tortillas stuffed with black bean chili (red pepper, green pepper, zucchini, black beans, tomatoes, cumin, chipotle, black pepper, sea salt, garlic, red onion, liquid smoke) and topped with sliced avocado.

A veganization of one of my favourite dishes from my highschool years.

No, unfortunately. I had to go to the taqueria!

Now if I had only had some horchata to go with it. The closest you can get in Ottawa is Natura's Vanilla Rice Milk.
