Mmmm... so tempted to ditch my previous dinner plans and try to replicate this! If only I had some potato starch on hand...
Thanks, Jul! If you do, you should add a turmeric. I didn't add any and it wasn't really yellow enough. :( It was still good, though! A little whole wheat flour would probably do to replace the potato starch.
Or some chickpea flour if you have that!
i should try making vegan mac & uncheese thing. that looks good :)
