Portabello vegan cheese steak (twice-roasted portabellos, sea salt, vegan worschestershire sauce, nama shoyu, evoo) on a spelt bun (spelt flour, yeast, sea salt, canola oil) with red chard and sundried tomatoes (sea alt, evoo, lemon juice, black pepper, liquid smoke) and fries.
