Vegan grilled cheese with asparagus soup
Vegan grilled cheese with asparagus soup (vegetable stock, horseradish, mustard, white vinegar, black pepper, garlic, evoo/flax oil). I didn't make the grilled cheese but it was good!

Boy, that grilled cheese looks like it would be really good with maple syrup.. ;)p
I had a dream about asparagus soup last night! Creeeeeepy. I sincerely wish I'd eaten more asparagus this past spring/summer!
