Tofu and mushroom stroganoff with red potato and kale colcannon


Tofu and mushroom stroganoff (whole wheat flour, white vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, tamari, Japanese tofu) with red potato and kale colcannon (sea salt, evoo/flax oil).
